Exercise Type: Run

This week it's supposed to actually get warm!!! It was about 60 while I was running today, and then it's supposed to rise into the upper seventies by the end of the week!!! :D I'm excited. I've never been excited about heat before, but when it's 52 degrees every day for 4 months straight, you get a little bored.
Bike to the park, then easy run out to Llandaff from Bute Park. Passed the village (and found BBC Cymru (that means Wales) headquarters) and went into the Welsh equivalent of suburbia, which is not really like ours, because it's nowhere near as fancy or snotty looking, and is inhabited mostly by older folks who spend their days tending to three outdoor plants and worshipping the National Heath Service.
4 Long strides (about 100 m?) in the grass after, recoveries going back. Then a while barefoot in the same field. Two ripped guys were doing a rugby conditioning workout and I felt really puny and lame, especially when I ran in their way. I was worried about running barefoot because I was scared I'd step in dog shit, or, worse, nettles, or, WORST, broken glass. No such unpleasantries.
Grocery shopping then concrete design studying today. Oh boy. Puke.
