On these, I worked hard to NOT go too fast on the first few. Around the 14th or 15th interval, I really felt tired. My arms got sore and it was a major effort to finish each stroke and fully extend the arms into the water. But for the first half, I felt strong and able to move a lot of water. Overall, I'm very happy with these times even though I feel I could gain efficiencies and improve them even more...
