Knee Problems

Comments:
My knee was still bugging me a lot today. I started running, and although I probably could have run through it, about half a mile in I realized just how much I was compensating to keep some pressure of my knee. I have enough problems with muscle imbalances as it is so I decided to walk back and bike and give my knee a day or two and see how it feels.
