the guides really tighten the balls of my feet... good shoe otherwise but really bother that one spot on the forefoot
i figured out why i go fast in the city also rather than trails and jount... theres people everywhere and it gives almost a race like atmosphere to it. I always feel like i'm going through the finish chute when i run through g-town
did 2 laps on their track... its 5 laps to the mile there
