Note to self: Don't eat McDonald's the night before a run

Weather: mid 80s, sunny

Comments:
Today was bad...I ran around 10:00, and it was already hot. Not to mention I had a double cheeseburger, McChicken, and CHipotle Barbecue Snackwrap sitting in my stomach from the night before. I think I'm going to limit my McDonald's consumption to only afternoons and early evenings

It was one of those days where I just ran through the crapiness of the day. My time was where it should be...but then again, I was on the montour trail, so it was all flat.

The inside of my left shin was sore after the run too. I iced it. We'll see how my legs feel in the upcoming weeks.
