So I waited for my mom to get home from work at 5 to run, and by waited, I mean watched tv until that time. I was going to run 4 miles at Creve Couer Park while she biked, then we'd meet and bike some more together. But... apparently I don't know some of the trails/paths in the park that I never take. So I really misjudged this and went further, which actually works out nicely for the rest of the week, plus I felt good the whole time. I just felt bad for making my mom wait for me to bike. But when I got there she was just chillin with her new iphone. But still. Felt bad. She didn't feel like biking any more and I was ok with that, so we walked a bit. I am sore.
stretch abs 8x30 with new girl. I officially like that show.
