Comments:
slow 4 again to recover. felt a lot better than I did yesterday it was very easy as it should have been. 8 tomorrow for 60 on the week which should be interesting because i got SAT's in the morning and the gala in the afternoon i'm going to so I'll have to run at 1 o clock when its supposed to feel like 101 degrees out there. and then long on Sunday as usual. 60 = target every week.
