TJ loop plus add on

Comments:
shane and I got to TJ around 6:30 and went on to the field and did p90x. Then savanna came and we ran the XC course which was hell. The grass made running slow feel so tough. Then when we got back on the road and ran about a 6:20 mile which still didnt feel easy. Then finished up at 42 minutes.
