Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Two sets on the treadmill - Initial left knee pain, which went away. 2nd set induced some pain in that knee at fast pace, and pain in right foot. No aleve. Wore J brace on Left and white Ace on rt knee.
Set one 5 run 5 walk for 30 mins followed by pit stop. Set two 5 walk 10 run at faster pace until machine stops. # 170
