Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
2mi wu; 1k,2k,3k,2k(no last K); Race pace (3:10-3:11); 1:30 rest; Felt good the first 6 or so K. Last 2K I was "holding on" and slowed by 3 seconds for both. Might have done better with a longer warm up.
Probably changing things up this wk and adding more speed training to get turn over going, I have plenty of base done.
Not so happy about the run, might not do Duke if I can't hit paces in an interval workout.
