Weather: Hot, 11am - hilly.
Comments:
Ran in the 10K in CT with Derek. After the BBQ yesterday and eating lots of bad food, my tummy was bothering me and the race was a struggle - not to mention the heat and hills. I was struggling from mile 2-4 doing well over 8 min miles (slowwwW), but something happened and my stomach wasn't bothering me anymore and I felt good at mile 4 and was running mid 6's for the last two miles and was able to pass women in front of me and get 3rd overall female.
