Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
3 up, 2x1k ~3:30 and 5x50m strides to warm up, 5xmile in 5:03, 5:11, 5:10, 5:09, 5:10 with 2 minutes rest, 3 down.
Felt pretty awful on the first few, but eventually got into a good rhythm on the last ones. Did it in trainers to keep the foot from hurting, pain is only at night now but still being cautious.
