Okay Long Run

Weather: terrible, incredibly wet and muggy :/

Comments:
Felt alright to start but everything was just so muddy. To the canal from a new way and 15 out 15 back on it. About 1:10 in just got really tired and hungry so the rest of the run was a little lethargic.
