Took Tairu training, having just come from the dentist. In fairly good spirits but a bit tired. Brought my race kit, shorts top and a pair of training socks with my cell racers. Jogged down to Oakhill, and wasn't sure what to do, but ended up thinking maybe to do a short fast run and hopefully save my strength for track training tomorrow. Did one short lap at approximately 5k pace, felt a bit variable but very good. Much better than recently, and enjoyed particularly the realisation that I didn't have the urge to stop all the time.
