Sakatah Singing Hills State Trail to frontage rd Cannon Lake. The last 2 runs have helped tremendously with trying to get me out of this depression that I have had lately. The lake was peaceful with a blue heron, the wind cooling me and rays of sunshine hitting the lake. Pre-run lift weights...Finished up with push-ups and crunches.
