Comments:
Jogged down to the track from work, took about 25mins. I was wearing race shorts, with a t-shirt. Felt good on the way, a bit tired, but didn't feel the need to stop. Session was fairly hard, started about 76 for the first lap, and then tried to stay around 80, only slipped to 84s on the second last one. The last, I tried to speed up, and found that I couldn't finish. I bailed out of the end of the session which was supposed to be 3x300 faster. Had one ensure before leaving work, and another after the session. Ran homeward as best I could, got a bus from oakleigh.
