feeling pretty good, very light today. calf still pretty sore from andrew young killing it yesterday in gym. Other than that, my right knee only the slightest bit achy and right hip has its xc feeling in it but im not too worried. Hopefully tomorrow will be a smooth steeple and a very fast 800
