Two sets of 2 minute on, 1 minute rest, 1 min on, 1 min rest, 30 sec on, 1 min rest, then 2x 1 min on, 1 min rest, and 30 sec on. Felt decent tonight. Still trying to build up areobic capacity, running a low 6 minute pace is still somwhat challenging.
