Weather: cool, sunny, slight breeze, beautiful
Comments:
i felt great. i just got going, and just keep going and going and going. and then made it into an out and back. once again i was feeling good. no digestive problems and i wasn't too sore and i just kinda did it. solid run, proud of myself for once. Hopefully I didn't over do it.
