Weather: 75, mostly sunny, small wind
Comments:
Run was fine except the second half. I stopped a few times to stretch it out real quick to keep from getting sore from the same stride. Was dehydrated feeling the last 5 miles. Other than that it was alright. I could feel the slight temperature increase. I also ached a lot when I started, very sore. But almost 50 miles in three days, yeah I'll take that. Especially for a good bang to start the "flywheel" going. So far so good!
