Excited about the workout, but it did not go very well. Tired from Sunday I think. 10 x 1000 (86-88 pace) with :90 rest. I only did 5 (3:40, 3:38, 3:39, 3:41, 3:45) and felt like poop after 1.5 of them. Just not my day (not to mention work stress). I wanted to run a 400 as hard as I could just to make me feel better and I ran a 72 (38, 34). I was thinking of my boss the whole time.
