Weather: Sunny with a few clouds

Comments:
After listening to "Going the Distance" from Rocky, and watching Hicham El Guerrouj win the 1999 1500m world championship by 10 meters, I was ready to run. Not running was out of the question. I ran for about 20 minutes at a pace that was brisker than I had anticipated, after which I did planks and plank leg lifts. I felt as though I had shaken hands with an old friend after those final plank leg lifts.
