Comments:
ran for 12 minutes slowly on a trail and iced immediately after, then did core, hips, and pushups. i'm going to take it day-by-day from here on out, hopefully being able to run consistently in two weeks, which will leave me exactly two months to build a base to ~70 mpw. if there is no increase in pain tomorrow morning, i will do a 20 minute run.
