Exercise Type: Run
Weather: A bit hot and Humid but not too bad
Comments:
In the morning I did 15 minutes on the elliptical and then did weight training.
Later in the after noon did an hour workout. It felt pretty good. My ankles feel a bit weak, so I am starting to use the band to strengthen them
Ran on cement mostly with a little be bit of grass.

When it seems no one to help you remember " The Lord is my helper.
