Comments:
So we climbed the mountain in the morning in somewhere around 2 hours, maybe a lot less, fast anyway. and then we walked down, but a couple miles from the bottom the surface became smooth enough to jog, so we did. running two-ish miles straight downhill, on the biggest mountain in Wales, straight into the cutest town in Wales, and ending with a pseudo-ice-bath in a picaresque lake, is amazing :) just felt bad for Dan, running with this huge army pack, but he didn't seem to mind. he's pretty cool :)
