Weather: nice but got cold
Comments:
felt kinda tired throughout the day and not really ready even after i warmed up, 2:11 split on the 4x8 was a pretty awful start and i just felt like i was moving in slomo during the race, got us into 2nd behind the sprinter 4x8 and mabeke got us the win, mile was better but still just overall crappy with a bunch of shitty surges with alex and nick and ishan to keep me on pace but finished behind them and sean, 2 mile felt sooo much better, just felt more comfy and smoother and relaxed, could've gone a little faster i guess but kept being paranoid and checking back for fucking eliot so wasn't totally focused in the whole time, went out in 5:08 and finished a few seconds behind alex and sean, got out of the 800 and onto a 4x4 with scott, wisekarver, and james but only managed a 60 cause i got some kind of weird cramp in my chest, not a whole lot of cooldown mileage which will likely result in a lot of soreness for the rest of this week, poor performance today but grabbed a few points and we won the meet
