quick arm workout

have not done weights in a while.. decided to give it a try.. but im hesitant being 7.5 months pregs..

did bicep curls 4x 10lbs
and lat pull downs - 2x 12 with 50lbs
attempted to do pull ups and realized it was too ab involved and got scared off.
