After work. 1 mile warmup, 3 minutes easy, 1 mile in 5:31, 3 minutes easy, 5k in 18:29, 17 minute cooldown. The workout had another half mile recovery jog and a hard mile but I was tired (5 hours of sleep) and a fat slob.
