Weather: Damp, windy.
Comments:
Needed to run, haven't been out since Monday! Did a fairly brisk run as you feel sort of thing, last chance at night around 9 or so. Felt surprisingly ok, but still have discomfort in belly, seems to travel between groin, hip and belly actually.
