Weather: A little breezy, but very cool outside

Comments:
Today I had a 45 minute mild run. Then run went pretty well, still a bit sore for weights but the stretching is helping. :D
Ran on side walks mostly today with occasional dips into the road.
Ankles felt better today

Where in your spirtiual walk have you lost interest? You will find that it goes back to a point where you didn't do something you knew that you should've done.
