Comments:
Little hotter today since I wasn't going out at 9 o clock at night, went out around 5:30 since I had plans for the night. Anyways I knew it was gonna start rough cause of me taking off yesterday (just wasn't feelin good) but I started decent, finished bad. Wanted to run hard through 6 miles but went a little too hard from the 4.25-5 and most of that portion is uphill so just stopped running hard at 5. Not too bad of a time, used last mile as a cooldown but still continuous with the rest of the run. When I ran this route on Monday I ran 44:04 going "hard" the whole time, today I ran 45 flat with the last mile completely slow and chill and cool down pace. Was at 36:50 at the 5 mile mark.
