Exercise Type: Run

Weather: perfect!!! cool, not-too-humid 55 degrees

Comments:
Ran 2 miles of warm-up because I had to stop in Veale and change my shoes, then run over to the track.
Started the workout as planned; 4X200 working up to race pace.
Then started a 600 and died 250 meters in. Died slowly.
Coach decided I would break it up and just do 200's until I drop.
Did 8 more 200's at 47 or faster (started off slower, then worked up to a finish at 42). Couldn't believe that I was actually going faster when I finished than when I started... I was SOOOO tired!
Cooled down 1 mile back to Veale.
