Comments:
In new shoes, which are just as heavy as the old ones, but firmer and more spacious for the forefoot. i'm hoping the firmness of the shoe will result in a quicker footstrike and the spaciousness of the shoe will stop all my muscles/tendons in the foot area from tightening up as much while running.
anyway, this run didn't feel so great, i realized ellipticalling yesterday may have hurt. some PT and pushups afterwards
