Comments:
Again just estimating on distance because it's not where I normally run, but I went out with my coach and Adam again for an early morning run. Felt a little sore from the day before the day before and was really humid, but fun. Robb(my coach) said it was a little under 3 miles so I just estimated it at 2.6 to 2.8ish. I think I'm better at keeping on some sort of pace when I run with the guys/Daphne and Emily compared to running on my own. Planning to start the training plan this coming up week because school will be getting done with finally and I'll be able to be more serious about the runs, but I figure a small run is better than nothing! Excited to start really training again.
