Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went out for my long run at around 9 on the bike path. Just an out and back. What was amazing was the biker to runner ratio. About 10:1 per mile I would say. I felt so alone :P.
Aside from this, I felt like I was cruisin along for the first half and then the second half I started to get a bit warm. When I finished I had the strong feeling of wanting to lay down and curl up in a ball. Then I had that nice I am done with a long run feeling which has been absent :)
Essentials in the parking lot: 200 abs, glutenous maximus!, 60 push-ups.
