Comments:
1st mile ran as warm up, next two miles I tried to keep around 5:45-5:50 pace. Felt smoothe, had only a few problems with hills or long upgrades. I think it's a good indicator how I will run Friday. The warm up and cool down miles were easy to maintain around and under 7 minute pace.
