Comments:
easy, trails again. lots of icing+massaging after lower body lifting/PT tonight. .on "c" plan for mileage. unfortunately due to recovering from injury, i won't be hitting 43 miles this week, but hopefully I can catch back up to the plan around mid-July to still make it to 65-70 by preseason.
