slow easy run with about 5 hills thrown in there! lovely weather!!!

Comments:
ran 7 miles, stopped at veale and did 200 abs on the ab ball. then ran 1.5 miles back to my dorm and did 200 more crunches in the grass. beautiful weather!!!! :) overall good run, slow and easy pace just out enjoying the day
