kinda tough workout

ladder workout of 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1000, 800, 600, expected it to be deadly but held on alright, at 2 mile pace hitting 72-73 for all of the initial 400s, 1:49, 2:27, 3:05, 3:42, 3:09, 2:27, 1:45, got pretty tough in the middle and feet were absolutely burning, rest was 2 min after the 600 and 800 and 3 min after the 1000 and 1200, good workout overall i guess, still pretty tired from this week though
