quick pace for first real (technically) run of the summer (was meant to be a slow run)
ironically good day for rain
foot cramp from yesturday smoothed out - running fixes everything
i was gunna hold off on crunches but i might as well get started. if i cant run in europe next week, i can at least do strength work
