Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
nice, relatively painless run. my right hip acted up, but the tendinitis wasn't bad. though obvious, i realized that my injury pains are minimized when I run with my back straight and with a quicker cadence.
did core/arms later in the day. holding off on hips for a bit since i think doing them may actually be hurting my running by contributing to muscle imbalances right now.
