puked but felt ok

Comments:
got there and did a warm up. Not very hydrated so i drank out of the hose thing and that water was really gross, i also just had a full bolthouse farms smoothy before pratice and went tubing so when we did the thousand, i didnt feel terrible but after it, my stomach was awful. Puked up about a gallon of grossness but then did the 6x150s and felt ok. Hopefully just a bad stomach from the water, not anything else.
