Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I know I was only supposed to run 25 minutes, but I was having a really nice run with Jenn and I felt good and we went a little overboard. The pace wasn't very fast so I think everything will be okay. :) Tomorrow I will stick to exactly what is written in the B column just to keep it safe.
