Comments:
great run. it was the first day where I didn't feel my tendinitis pain, including during the run, which was very validating since it shows that all the PT/x-training is paying off. however, my left hip flexor was very tight, so I have to stretch out well tonight. second, I discovered a new trail off of Cobb trail.
