Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Rainy and Cool

Comments:
Did a 30 minute mild run and at the end did 3X15 second pups. about 75% of the run was done on the grass and the last few minutes were done on the track. The only problems was a little knee stiffness, but that went away after a while. When I got to the pups my right rectus femorus started to feel a bit strained so, I stopped after 3 pups. I did the pups on the track.

When we give our lives to Christ we receive a new name. There are parts of our lives we hold deep within and refuse for God to see. We keeps these parts of our past because we don't want to let them go. We either believe that we don't want God to change that part of our lives ( so we live for ourselves) or we believe that God ( the almighty) is not able to change this part of our lives.
