Weather: nice, rained earlier

Comments:
1st mile warm up, did 3 minutes on, 1 minute rest, 2 minutes on, 1 minute rest, 1 minute on, 1 minute rest. Did that twice. Added another half mile for cool down. Was easier to keep pace in the 5:10-5:50 pace range on the on's. Except going up hills. Sometimes my pace would slow to above 6 minute miles on long uphills.
