45min RUN MILD?MED

-I am finding it hard to classify 45min runs. All runs have to start MILD, so a 45min run struggles to really represent a MED zone run. I'm learning about coaching through running.
A little concrete, then grass, and then a little concrete.
Dull achiness and tightness in ITB and Hamstring. Mild intensity, but persistent.
