Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Me and Jillian ran/walked the greenbelt to veach e. byers loop.. 3 miles
i ran 100 meters and walked 100 meters for the first 2 miles and then went about 1/4 mile a couple of times at the end of the run.. hamstring improved greatly as we went along.. NOt much pain but no flexion in the muscle as it contracts back out. me and ryanne was suppose to do 23 today... but i guess i'm fortunate to just be back out again after 5 days of not running at all and a tore muscle. long ways to go, but making great strides.. very pleasesd with the progress..
