Comments:
Well, I didn't do the race today because I wasn't sure if my leg would kick out on me. I ended up running much more slowly than usual, and stretching out a ton. I followed this run up with some hammer curls, y-presses, and static arm curls. I did three reps of each, using 12 lb. weights.
