Comments:
awesome day of training. woke up before work at 7 to get in core+pushups. after work, frank and I drove to the oak hill trail in littleton (10 min drive) for the first time since I saw it was supposed to be a hilly trail. it turned out to be a large trail network (10ish miles) of very hilly, but clean trails, including a lookout rock from which you can see almost to Boston, and a chasm with a waterfall. most importantly, completed a 50 min run with no pain in hip or shin.
probably 6 slow miles tomorrow.
